we operate under a strict REPLACEMENT-ONLY policy. We do not offer cash refunds or order cancellations once an order is shipped.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, we will gladly arrange a 100% free replacement for you.
2. How to Request a Replacement To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact our support team via WhatsApp at 8303881881 or Email at trendifykart455@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement To protect against courier fraud and validate your claim with our logistics partners, a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the shipping label and the damage is MANDATORY. Without a clear unboxing video, our backend warehouse team cannot approve a replacement.
Once approved, a fresh replacement piece will be dispatched to your address at zero additional cost to you.
